Today, Andy's is a premier appliance repair company serving the Omaha Metro area, providing fast and reliable appliance repair and parts for all major brands. With a team of trusted technicians and an experienced office staff, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent experience for our customers from the first phone call through the completed repair.
We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced customer service team for approximately 20 hours per week.
The ideal candidate has a warm, empathetic, and friendly personality with strong communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable working with computers, and able to both take direction and take initiative when something needs to be done.
Above all, we want someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming customer phone calls
- Responding to written inquiries from new and existing customers
- Answering customer questions and addressing concerns
- Scheduling service appointments
- Assisting with technician scheduling and routing
- Checking in special-order parts
- Ordering stock parts
- Processing and returning parts to vendors
- Occasionally delivering parts to technicians
Assisting with other office and customer service tasks as needed
Schedule:
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Specific days and hours can be discussed based on the needs of the business and the right candidate.
