Andy’s Appliance Repair has been serving customers for over 54 years with locations in Omaha, Lincoln, St. Louis, and Columbia. We are now expanding into HVAC with Andy’s Heating & Cooling, and our mission is to build the best place for technicians to work.
Position Summary
We are hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while also leading and training other technicians. This role is key to helping grow our HVAC division.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Complete service calls accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service
Lead and mentor junior technicians
Assist in training and development of team members
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Qualifications
Journeyman HVAC license (preferred)
Minimum 1–3+ years HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Leadership mindset with ability to train others
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
